Privacy policy

Erik Berg Behring (Norwegian organisation number 938 241 295) is responsible for personal data processed by Train 4 Ultra. Contact: support@train4ultra.com.

Data we process

Account details, race goals, availability, training history, completed sessions, subjective fatigue, heart-rate zones, uploaded course data, friendships, feedback submissions and subscription status.

Why we process it

We use account and billing data to perform the service contract. Training and heart-rate information is used with explicit consent to personalize plans, monitor progress and provide safety guidance.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and data storage. Stripe processes payments. The selected hosting provider delivers the web application. Each provider processes only the data needed for its role.

Storage and deletion

Data is retained while the account is active and as required for accounting or legal obligations. You can delete your account from My Page. Payment records held by Stripe may be retained when legally required.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion, and withdraw consent for health-related training data. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
