Provider
Train 4 Ultra is provided by Erik Berg Behring, Norwegian organisation number 938 241 295. Customer and legal enquiries can be sent to support@train4ultra.com.
Service
Train 4 Ultra provides algorithmic training suggestions and race-planning tools. Plans remain adaptive and may change when goals, availability or completed training change.
Trial and subscription
New accounts receive 28 days of free access. Continued access costs $6 USD per month unless another price or local-currency amount is shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel online at any time through Manage billing, without contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Acceptable use
Accounts are personal. Users may not resell plans, probe access controls, interfere with the service or access another athlete’s private data without permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or race outcomes. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
